Dr Hassan Mohamed Elbiss is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the College of Medicine & Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University, Al Ain, UAE. He is also a Consultant Obstetrician, Gynecologist, and Urogynecologist at the Tawam Hospital, Al Ain, UAE.

He completed an Advanced Laparoscopic Gynecological Endoscopy Diploma from the University of Surrey, Guilford, United Kingdom. In addition to that, he holds a European Diploma in Advanced Gynecological Endoscopy and a Clinical Fellowship in Urogynecology from Worcestershire Acute NHS, United Kingdom. He serves as the Member of College Awards Committee- CMHS- UAE University, a Member of the Emirate Board OBGYNE Committee, UAE, and the Chief of the Urogynecology Unit of Mediclinic and Kanad Hospitals, Al Ain, UAE.

Furthermore, he is also a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG), London, United Kingdom, and the British Society of Gynecological Endoscopy, United Kingdom.
