Dr Kareem Haloub is a distinguished consultant in Obstetrics and gynecology and Maternal-Fetal\n Medicine. He is recognized for his expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, fetal\n diagnostics, and maternal-fetal research. With a career spanning clinical practice, research,\n and education, he has profoundly impacted maternal and fetal healthcare. His contributions have\n significantly advanced the field, improving outcomes for both mothers and babies.<\/p>\n

Dr Haloub began his medical training at the University of Jordan, where he obtained his MSc in\n Obstetrics & Gynecology and successfully passed the National Jordanian Board and the Arab\n Board certifications. Moreover, his early career included a pivotal role with M\u00e9decins Sans\n Fronti\u00e8res (Doctors Without Borders). In this position, he provided vital\u00a0mother\u00a0health\u00a0care to\n patients\u00a0in\u00a0complicated\u00a0and resource-restricted\u00a0environments.<\/p>\n

In 2015, he returned to the University of Jordan as a postdoctoral clinical researcher and fellow\n in Maternal Fetal Medicine. He further refined his expertise in fetal ultrasound, genetics, and\n invasive prenatal procedures. As a result of his commitment to\u00a0be the best, he\u00a0relocated\u00a0to\n Melbourne, Australia, in 2017. There, he secured a postdoctoral research and clinical training\n fellowship at the Royal Women\u2019s Hospital, one of the leading institutions in maternal-fetal\n medicine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Kareem Haloub serves as Senior Medical Staff<\/span> at the Royal Women\u2019s\n Hospital<\/span> and Senior Clinical Lecturer<\/span> at the University of\n Melbourne<\/span>. In these roles, he is actively involved in advanced research and\n clinical advancements<\/span> in fetal cardiology, preterm birth prevention, and fetal\n therapy<\/span>, driving innovations that improve maternal and fetal health outcomes.<\/p>\n

He is also a co-investigator in the FAST Trial<\/span> (Fetal Atrial Flutter and\n Supraventricular Tachycardia Therapy Trial) and a key contributor to the Australian\n Preterm Birth Prevention Alliance (APBPA)<\/span>. His scholarly contributions<\/span>\n include numerous peer-reviewed articles and journal reviews<\/span>, further solidifying\n his reputation as a leading specialist in maternal-fetal medicine<\/span>.<\/p>\n
