Cancellation & Refund Policy for Delegates
As a potential visitor to the event (referred to as “you/your”), please read the following carefully as they contain important information. By submitting your registration and/or by attending an Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- All cancellations must be in writing to info@megoconference.com.
▪️Refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 business days prior to the scheduled event (deduction of 10% as administration charges).
▪️No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
▪️Processing time for the refund to be reflected is 30 working days after the request. - Registrations are transferable one month before the event and any transfer requests after are not transferable
▪Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to conference email id and info@megoconference.com.
▪Details to be included are : Full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
▪The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund. - Med Prodoc reserves the right to withdraw any registration after confirmation without liability.
- Med Prodoc reserves the right to cancel or change the date(s) of the event at any time due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities and for any causes beyond our reasonable control.
- In the event that the date(s) of the Event are changed to new date(s) and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will be able to redeem the registration fee paid for another Med Prodoc event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
- Personal arrangements, including, without limitation, travel and accommodation, are at your own risk and Med Prodoc will not be liable for any costs relating to such arrangements, even if the Event is cancelled or moved to a new date(s).
- If Med Prodoc cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit note for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Med Prodoc Event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
- Payment for hotel accommodation made directly to the organizer is non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Sponsor
- All cancellations must be in writing to info@megoconference.com.
▪️ Cancellation 60+ days before the event will incur payment of 50% of the contract price.
▪️ Cancellation 0-59 days before the event will incur payment of 100% of the contract price. - Med Prodoc reserves the right to cancel or change the date(s) of the event at any time due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade, or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities and for any causes beyond our reasonable control.
- If the date(s) of the Event is changed to a new date(s), the sponsorship will be redeemable for another Med Prodoc event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
