Dr. Abeer Annab

Profile

Dr. Abeer Annab is a highly experienced and respected obstetrician and gynecologist with a long history of leadership and dedication to the field. She is currently the senior consultant in obstetrics and gynecology at the Al Amal Hospital.

She has been in practice for more than 20 years. Additionally, she is a member of the Jordanian Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ board of directors and has served as the Jordanian Association for Menopause’s vice president since 1999. She has established through the Jordan Menopause Society her annual walks addressing women’s health in general and emphasizing early detection of breast cancer. She initiated a support group with other breast cancer survivors handling new breast cancer cases to share her experience with them.

Dr. Annab is also a member of the Jordanian Association of Osteoporosis Society and has served as the representative of Jordan in the Middle East Fertility Society from 2002 to 2006. She has extensive experience in women’s surgery, assisted reproduction, and pregnancy follow-up and is highly skilled in cosmetic gynecology.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Annab is committed to education and training and is actively involved in teaching and training at the Al Amal Hospital for the Arab Board in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has also served as the editor of the Middle East Fertility Newsletter from 2006 to 2014, demonstrating her strong commitment to advancing knowledge and understanding in her field.
